About Gardner Racing Concepts
Gardner Racing Concepts (GRC) was started in 1992 by Stephen Gardner, better known as Stanley. Originally located in Natick, Massachusetts GRC moved it's location to Ellsworth, Maine in 2005. GRC started it's business specializing in crankshafts for the motorcycle drag racing industry building cranks for the best drivers in the industry. The move to Maine has allowed GRC to expand into a full service, tire and dyno tuning center.
We are located at 1373 Bangor Rd. in North Ellsworth.

Stanley first started racing in the 80s with friends at New England Dragway. He started working at HMP in 1987 where he perfected his craft of rebuilding crankshafts, 5 years later he went out on his own starting GRC in his garage. "It's truly the best job I've ever had" he says, "It's taken me lots of places. I've raced from Maine to California and competed at both the Bonneville Salt Flats and the High Banks of Daytona (in the Rolex 24)." His personal best elapsed time was 7.91 seconds at 165 mph, while completing Frank Hawley's Pro Stock Bike course.
